Challenge
- The old Ackermann installation was obsolete and could no longer offer a cost-effective and efficient service.
- This French Red Cross site was looking for a future-oriented, cost-effective and patient-centred speech solution.
Solution
- IndigoCare France offered the iCall SIP-units inside of the patient rooms and was able the re-use almost all available, old cabling.
- So during the renovation process, all patient rooms could remain available for daily use.
- Installed solution combining VoIP Nursecall in combination with NEC telephony solutions.

- A tailor-made renovation, offering most efficient solutions for best and most effective patient care, upholding the high standards of the Red Cross Institute.
